Craig Mokhiber is an international human rights lawyer, writer, and activist, and former senior United Nations official. He stepped down from his UN post in October of 2023, penning a widely-read letter warning of genocide in Palestine, criticizing the UN’s response, and calling for a new approach to Palestine based on international law and human rights. He has dedicated himself full-time to opposing the genocide in Palestine and advocating for Palestinian freedom since 2023, including as a member of the Gaza People’s Tribunal.
